I can’t say how I pumped I am have to you come along with me on this journey of becoming the best, most robust version yourself through the most cutting edge nutrition, fitness, biohacking, wellness, personal development and so much more!
I can’t wait to see where this goes and the connections and relationships I gain with you guys. So without further ado. No better way to start this off right than with this killer recovery smoothie using one of my most favorite ingredients, Turmeric!
This smoothie was inspired by not only its tremendous depth of research and what it can help support for the mind and body, but also its rather interesting color! Let’s do this… shall we!?
Turmeric Burst Recovery Smoothie:
–1 cup organic coconut milk
–1/2 organic raw coconut water
–1/2 to 1 frozen banana
–1 scoop of Vega Sport Protein Vanilla
–1 packet Gaia Turmeric Boost Restore
–1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
–1 tsp turmeric
–1/8 tsp ginger or 1 drop of ginger essential oil (make sure the oil can be ingested internally)
–dash of sea salt and a couple grinds of black pepper
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till desired consistency. This smoothie yields approximately 2 to 3 cups depending on how much frozen fruit you add.
***If you would like to increase the sweetness and lend more of a vanilla caramelish flavor. You could add around 2 to 2.5 Medjool dates to the party!***
